The Thursday Stop is the time during my week that all things stop for a few minutes to reflect about my business and life. I use this time as a mental breather, to look back and forward at the direction things are going. Occasionally, I recall questions from customers and clients and share my answers with viewers.
Getting online reviews from your customers is important, but can often times be difficult or completely forgotten. Instead, it is best to make the review step part of your overall client process. In this Thursday Stop, I explain when to ask for an online review, who you should get it from, and where they should put it. I also point out that it does take some support for your customer or client to successfully create a review.
Places where you need reviews
All 3 of these locations can be exposed in due diligence searches for your business. This is a search that often leads to a phone call or request for your services. Give the searcher every reason to in contact with your business.
