The Thursday Stop is the time during my week that all things stop for a few minutes to reflect about my business and life. I use this time as a mental breather, to look back and forward at the direction things are going. Occasionally, I recall questions from customers and clients and share my answers with viewers.
In this week’s Thursday Stop, I take a look at two different businesses and completely different, but suffer from the same problem. That problem is what I like to call the “Illusion of the Demand” – which is wishful thinking on the part of a business owner in creating a service of product for a demand that does not exist.
The illusion is easily prevented by creating relationships and talking to others in your industry, or even prospects, to find where problems truly exist to find a proof of concept.
How are you identifying demand to create supply?
